Today, I want to walk you through the Users Page in the Clodify system. This is where admins can manage user information, perform key actions, and keep everything organized in one place.
🔥Accessing the Users Page
To get started, log in as an admin and head over to the Management → Users page. Here, you’ll see:
➛ A list of all users.
➛Key information about each user.
➛ Available actions you can take.
🔥Adding a New User
Adding a user is simple:
- Click on Create User.
- Fill in the required details.
- Save — and the new user will instantly appear in the users table.
🔥Actions Available for Each User
Clodify gives you a variety of management options:
- Activate / Deactivate – Control user access quickly.
- Edit User Data – Update details whenever needed.
- Edit Official Salary – Adjust compensation directly from the users page.
- View & Add Work History – Keep track of user performance and activities.
- Delay Salary – If necessary, apply salary delays on a per-user basis.
- Delete User – Remove inactive or duplicate accounts.
- Login as User – Test the system by switching into a user’s view.

👉🏻When you edit the official salary, the change is saved instantly and reflected in the list.
👉🏻Work history entries can be created and checked in one place for quick reference.
👉🏻If a user is blocked, you can reactivate them at any time with a single click.
